Cite Visit is a trade name of SNM LLC, a limited liability company based in Utah, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Cite Visit" mean SNM LLC. "You" means the person or company using the service.

Cite Visit is a membership directory and reputation network for construction and trade businesses. Members can publish a company profile, request and receive peer cites, collect reviews, connect with other companies, message one another, and post or answer job listings.

Verification means we reviewed the information a company submitted. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, licensing status, insurance coverage, or financial standing. You are responsible for your own due diligence before hiring or working with anyone you find here.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Submitting false licensing, insurance, identity, or tax information is grounds for immediate removal.

Publishing a company profile requires an active paid membership. Current tiers are Tradesman, Builder and Developer, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Moving to a higher tier takes effect right away: monthly members are charged the prorated difference, and yearly members pay only the monthly difference between yearly rates for the rest of their term, then renew at the new yearly rate. Moving to a lower tier takes effect at your next billing date, not immediately.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your company page is hidden from the public directory but your data is preserved so you can restore it by resubscribing.

If a payment fails we will show a notice in your dashboard and retry the card. Membership features pause three days after a failed payment and are restored as soon as the payment succeeds.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and may collect applicable sales tax. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

We offer a 14-day refund window on your first membership charge. See the Refund Policy for the details and how to request one.

Every member gets a permanent referral code. When someone signs up with your code and completes their first paid month, you receive a credit worth one free month of your current plan. Rewards are limited to one per referrer per calendar month, carry no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may withhold rewards obtained through self-referral or fake accounts.

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and business details you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and resize that content for the purpose of running the service and promoting your profile within it. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

Reviews and cites must describe genuine experience. Do not post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful. We may remove content or accounts that break this rule.

Do not scrape the site, resell access, attempt to break authentication, upload malware, impersonate another business, or use member contact details for unsolicited bulk marketing.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, submits false verification information, or creates risk for other members. Where the issue is not serious we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. You may close your account at any time.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not a party to any agreement or job between members. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the update.
